Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Include all original tags
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Once approved, place a new order

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

For international returns, customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items returned without prior approval

As we ship worldwide:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination
  • Customers are responsible for complying with their local import laws and regulations
